Worn items and custom-prepared items are intimate, individual, and may naturally vary.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Full payment is required before any order, digital content, custom content, webcam session, live session, in-person booking, or private request is prepared, delivered, or confirmed.

No cash payments are accepted. Payments must be made through the approved payment methods provided by Goddess Tootsie®.

8. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically mean the order has been accepted.

Goddess Tootsie reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline an order or booking at her discretion, including where:

  • the customer appears underage
  • the request is outside Goddess Tootsie’s boundaries
  • payment is incomplete or flagged
  • the customer behaves disrespectfully
  • the request is unsafe, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate
  • the product or service is unavailable
  • there is a pricing, listing, or technical error
  • the customer refuses a required consultation

Where an order is cancelled before any preparation, delivery, digital access, call connection, or session has taken place, a refund or alternative arrangement may be considered depending on the circumstances.

9. Worn Items

All worn, pre-worn, scent-prepared, intimate, personalised, or custom-prepared items are sold as adult-only intimate products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • worn socks
  • worn hosiery
  • worn nylons
  • worn shoes
  • worn flats
  • worn insoles
  • scent-prepared items
  • any item prepared to the customer’s order

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty, incorrect, or not as described. Further details are set out in the Returns & Refund Policy.

10. Physical Apparel

Physical apparel, such as T-shirts, may be eligible for return if it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in line with the Returns & Refund Policy.

This does not apply to personalised, intimate, worn, pre-worn, or custom-prepared items.

11. Digital Content

Digital content may include:

  • instant download clips
  • private clips
  • custom videos
  • custom pictures
  • pre-recorded content
  • personalised digital content
  • digital fantasy-based content

Digital content is non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, delivered, or once preparation has begun.

By purchasing digital content, you agree that delivery may begin immediately and that you may lose your right to cancel once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or preparation has started.

Where legally required, you may be asked to tick a checkbox at checkout confirming your consent to immediate digital delivery and your acknowledgement that cancellation rights may be lost once delivery begins.

12. Custom Pictures & Custom Videos

Custom pictures and videos are prepared according to the accepted brief and Goddess Tootsie’s boundaries.

Once a custom request has been accepted, purchased, or preparation has begun, it is non-refundable.

One revision may be considered at Goddess Tootsie’s discretion only.

A revision is not guaranteed and will not be offered where:

  • the customer changes their mind after delivery
  • the request was not included in the original brief
  • the request is outside Goddess Tootsie’s boundaries
  • the content was prepared as agreed
  • the customer asks for inappropriate, unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful content

13. Webcam Sessions & Live Digital Sessions

Webcam sessions and live digital sessions are non-refundable once the call is connected.

The customer is responsible for being available, prepared, respectful, and technically ready at the agreed time.

If the customer is late, unavailable, unprepared, or fails to attend, the session may be treated as completed.

Goddess Tootsie reserves the right to end any call immediately if boundaries are disrespected, behaviour becomes inappropriate, or comfort is compromised. No refund will be issued in those circumstances.

14. In-Person Sessions

All in-person foot worship session bookings are non-refundable.

Full payment must be made in advance.

A phone consultation is required before the session is confirmed. The consultation is used to confirm:

  • time
  • date
  • location expectations
  • session style
  • boundaries
  • etiquette
  • client suitability

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and the consultation has been completed.

15. In-Person Session Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule may be offered if the customer gives more than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.

The rescheduled session must take place within one month of the original cancelled booking date.

Only one complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if the customer does not attend, the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund or complimentary reschedule will be offered.

16. Boundaries, Safety & Refusal of Service

Goddess Tootsie reserves the right to refuse, cancel, end, or decline any order, request, session, booking, call, or communication at her discretion.

This may happen if:

  • boundaries are disrespected
  • the customer behaves abusively or inappropriately
  • the customer appears underage
  • the request is unsafe, illegal, or outside agreed limits
  • comfort or safety is compromised
  • payment is incomplete or disputed
  • the customer attempts to pressure, harass, threaten, or manipulate
  • the request conflicts with Goddess Tootsie’s rules, comfort, or brand standards

Respect, discretion, and clear boundaries are required at all times.

17. Delivery & Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Goddess Tootsie is not responsible for failed delivery caused by:

  • incorrect address details
  • missed delivery attempts
  • refusal to accept delivery
  • failure to collect from a locker or collection point
  • customs delays
  • courier delays
  • import restrictions
  • events outside reasonable control

If an order is returned due to incorrect details or failed collection, re-shipping may be offered at the customer’s cost.

18. Faulty, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Items

Nothing in these Terms of Service removes your statutory rights.

If a physical item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, contact Goddess Tootsie as soon as possible using:

A replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy may be arranged where required.

19. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Goddess Tootsie first if there is an issue with an order, booking, digital purchase, or session.

Misuse of chargebacks, false claims, or payment disputes may result in refusal of future service and evidence being provided to the payment provider.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a genuine issue exists.

20. Intellectual Property

Goddess Tootsie® – The Feet Queen is a registered trademark.

All content on GoddessTootsie.com is protected by intellectual property law, including:

  • images
  • videos
  • digital clips
  • product descriptions
  • website text
  • designs
  • branding
  • logos
  • layouts
  • custom content
  • private content
  • downloadable content

Purchasing digital content gives you personal access only. It does not transfer copyright, ownership, resale rights, or public sharing rights.

You must not copy, screenshot for public use, repost, resell, edit, distribute, leak, publish, upload, or commercially exploit any Goddess Tootsie® content without written permission.

21. Customer Content, Messages & Reviews

If you send messages, testimonials, reviews, comments, or feedback to Goddess Tootsie®, you confirm that the content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Goddess Tootsie will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including:

  • courier disruption
  • payment provider issues
  • website outages
  • illness
  • emergencies
  • severe weather
  • strikes
  • legal restrictions
  • platform suspensions
  • technical failures
  • supply issues
  • safety concerns

Where possible, customers will be contacted with an update or alternative arrangement.
