Introduction

At Goddess Tootsie®, every order, private request, digital experience, and in-person booking is prepared with discretion, care, and clear boundaries.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order or booking a session. By purchasing from GoddessTootsie.com, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and agree to the terms below.

Adult-Only Policy

All purchases, bookings, webcam sessions, digital content, private requests, and in-person experiences are strictly for adults aged 18+ only.

No sexual services are provided. All offerings are based on foot worship, fetish etiquette, domination themes, digital content, worn items, apparel, and private fantasy-based experiences within clear boundaries.

Physical Apparel: T-Shirts

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel items in their original condition.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn.
  • Items must be unwashed.
  • Items must be undamaged.
  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Items should be returned with original packaging where possible.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Worn Items: Socks, Hosiery, Shoes, Insoles & Similar Items

All worn, pre-worn, scent-prepared, intimate, personalised, or custom-prepared items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • worn socks
  • worn hosiery
  • worn nylons
  • worn shoes
  • worn insoles
  • worn flats
  • scent-prepared items
  • any item prepared specifically for the customer

These items are intimate, hygiene-sensitive, and/or prepared to the customer’s individual order. For this reason, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. A replacement may be considered at Goddess Tootsie’s discretion. Where the issue is not due to a fault or incorrect supply, the customer may be required to cover shipping costs.

Personalised & Custom-Made Items

Personalised, custom-made, pre-worn, scent-prepared, or made-to-order items are created or prepared to the customer’s individual specifications.

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Digital Content: Clips, Downloads, Pictures & Videos

Digital content is delivered immediately, accessed digitally, or prepared specifically for the customer.

All digital purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, delivered, or once preparation has begun.

This includes:

  • instant download clips
  • custom videos
  • custom pictures
  • private digital content
  • pre-recorded digital content
  • personalised digital requests

Digital purchases are also subject to our Digital Content Waiver.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery or preparation of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once delivery, access, download, or preparation has begun.

Custom Pictures & Custom Videos

Custom pictures and videos are non-refundable once accepted, purchased, or once preparation has started.

One revision may be considered at Goddess Tootsie’s discretion only. Revisions are not guaranteed and will only be considered where the request is reasonable and within the original agreed brief.

A revision will not be offered where:

  • the customer changes their mind after delivery
  • the request was not included in the original brief
  • the customer asks for content outside Goddess Tootsie’s boundaries
  • the content has already been prepared as agreed
  • the request is disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate

Webcam Sessions & Live Digital Sessions

Webcam sessions and live digital sessions are non-refundable once the call is connected.

If you are late, unavailable, unprepared, or fail to attend the session, the booking may be treated as completed and no refund will be issued.

Goddess Tootsie reserves the right to end a call immediately if boundaries are disrespected, behaviour becomes inappropriate, or comfort is compromised. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

In-Person Foot Worship Sessions

All in-person session bookings are non-refundable.

To book an in-person session, full payment must be made in advance. No cash payments are accepted.

A phone consultation is required before the session is confirmed. This consultation is used to confirm:

  • session time
  • session date
  • location expectations
  • worship style
  • boundaries
  • etiquette
  • client suitability

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and the consultation has been completed.

In-Person Session Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule may be offered if the customer gives more than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.

The rescheduled session must take place within one month of the original cancelled booking date.

Only one complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if the customer does not attend, the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund or complimentary reschedule will be offered.

Refusal, Cancellation & Boundaries

Goddess Tootsie reserves the right to cancel, refuse, end, or decline any product request, digital request, webcam session, or in-person session at her discretion.

This may happen if:

  • boundaries are disrespected
  • behaviour becomes inappropriate
  • comfort or safety is compromised
  • the request falls outside the agreed service
  • the customer appears underage
  • the customer refuses the required consultation
  • payment has not been completed
  • the request is abusive, unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful

Where Goddess Tootsie cancels before any preparation, delivery, digital access, call connection, or session has taken place, a refund or alternative arrangement may be considered depending on the circumstances.

Faulty or Incorrect Physical Items

If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed physical item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

This does not apply where the customer has changed their mind, provided incorrect delivery details, misunderstood the product description, or ordered the wrong item.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

Goddess Tootsie is not responsible for failed delivery caused by:

  • incorrect address details
  • missed delivery attempts
  • refusal to accept delivery
  • failure to collect from a locker or collection point
  • delays caused by the courier or postal service
  • customs delays or import restrictions

If an order is returned due to incorrect details or failed collection, re-shipping may be offered at the customer’s cost.

No Cash Payments

No cash payments are accepted.

All purchases, bookings, and private requests must be paid in advance through the approved payment methods provided by Goddess Tootsie.

Intellectual Property

Goddess Tootsie® – The Feet Queen is a registered trademark.

All images, text, designs, product descriptions, website content, digital content, branding, and creative materials are protected under intellectual property law.

No content may be copied, reused, downloaded, reposted, sold, distributed, edited, screenshotted for public use, or used commercially without written permission.
