Goddess Tootsie® offers discreet fulfilment for physical products, worn items, apparel, and selected worship-related orders. All parcels are prepared with privacy and discretion in mind.
Discreet Packaging
Orders are packaged discreetly. Outer packaging will not describe the nature of the item inside. Where possible, sender details and packaging are kept simple and discreet.
Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.
- Worn items: prepared after purchase and dispatched once the selected wear/preparation process has been completed.
- Apparel: processed separately according to product availability and fulfilment times.
- Digital content: delivered digitally and does not require physical shipping.
- Sessions: booking-based services and do not require physical shipping.
Where a product is made, prepared, worn, customised, or arranged after purchase, dispatch may take longer than standard ready-to-ship items.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using a suitable postal or courier service. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control.
International Delivery
International shipping may be available where shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by country and courier service.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, handling charges, or local delivery requirements applied by their country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout where applicable. Some products may include free standard shipping where stated on the product page or during checkout.
UK Locker Collection
UK locker collection may be available for selected orders where offered. If locker collection is available, details will be confirmed as part of the order or fulfilment process.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Goddess Tootsie® is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is delayed, lost, or returned, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed. Where appropriate, a replacement may be considered depending on the circumstances, product type, and courier outcome.
For worn, intimate, customised, or hygiene-sensitive items, refunds may not be available. Any replacement offered is at our discretion and may require the customer to cover additional shipping costs.
Digital Products and Sessions
Digital content, custom content, webcam sessions, and in-person session bookings are not shipped. These are handled separately according to the relevant product description, booking terms, refund policy, and purchase/cancellation terms.
