Immediate Access Consent

By purchasing digital content from Goddess Tootsie®, you may be given immediate access to digital delivery, download access, streaming, custom preparation, private file creation, or a live digital session.

Where immediate access, preparation, delivery, download, streaming, or performance begins before the end of the usual cancellation period, you are required to confirm that you understand your cancellation rights may be affected.

This waiver may apply to, but is not limited to:

• Instant download clips
• Custom pictures
• Custom videos
• Private digital files
• Webcam or video call sessions
• Private live digital sessions
• Any digital-only product supplied by Goddess Tootsie®

Refund Position for Digital Content

Once digital delivery, download access, streaming, custom preparation, private file creation, or a live digital session has begun, digital content purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

For custom pictures and custom videos, refunds are not offered once preparation or creation has started. Any revision is offered at the discretion of Goddess Tootsie® and is limited to one revision where appropriate.

For webcam or live digital sessions, refunds are not offered once the call has connected, the session has started, or the agreed digital service has begun.

Your Statutory Rights

This Digital Content Waiver does not remove your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied, you may still have rights under applicable consumer law.

Goddess Tootsie® reserves the right to review each issue fairly and may offer a replacement, redelivery, correction, or other appropriate resolution where required.

For stronger checkout protection, the waiver should be added as a required checkbox before purchase completion for all relevant digital products.
