This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how purchases, pre-orders, digital content, custom requests, webcam sessions, and in-person bookings work on GoddessTootsie.com.
By placing an order, booking a session, purchasing digital content, requesting a custom service, or completing payment, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and agree to this policy.
This policy should be read together with the Returns & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and any product-specific information shown at checkout.

2. Purchase Options Available
GoddessTootsie.com may offer different purchase options depending on the product or service.
- one-time purchases
- pre-order items
- made-to-order or custom-prepared items
- worn, scent-prepared, or personalised items
- digital clips and downloads
- custom pictures and videos
- webcam or live digital sessions
- in-person foot worship session bookings
- apparel items
- private access or tribute-based requests
Each product page may include specific terms. Where product-specific terms are shown, they apply alongside this policy.
3. One-Time Purchases
Most products on GoddessTootsie.com are offered as one-time purchases.
Once your order is placed, payment is taken in full at checkout. The order will then be prepared, processed, delivered, made available, or reviewed depending on the product type.
Cancellation rights depend on the type of product purchased, whether preparation has started, whether digital access has begun, and whether the item is custom, intimate, scent-prepared, or hygiene-sensitive.
4. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some items are sold as pre-order, made-to-order, or prepared after purchase.
This may include worn items, scent-prepared items, personalised items, custom content, or products prepared to the customer’s specific request.
Once preparation has started, these orders cannot usually be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
This is because custom-prepared, personalised, intimate, and scent-prepared items are made or prepared specifically for the customer.
5. Worn Items, Hosiery, Shoes, Insoles & Scent-Prepared Items
Worn, pre-worn, scent-prepared, intimate, personalised, or custom-prepared items are non-cancellable once preparation has begun and are non-returnable once supplied.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- worn socks
- worn hosiery
- worn nylons
- worn shoes
- worn insoles
- worn flats
- scent-prepared items
- items prepared to the customer’s individual order
If there is a genuine issue with the order, a replacement may be considered at Goddess Tootsie’s discretion. Where the issue is not due to a fault or incorrect supply, the customer may be required to cover shipping costs.
6. Apparel Purchases
Physical apparel, such as T-shirts, may be cancelled or returned in accordance with the Returns & Refund Policy, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original condition.
Return requests for eligible apparel must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
7. Digital Content, Clips & Downloads
Digital content may be delivered immediately, made available for download, streamed, accessed digitally, or prepared specifically for the customer.
By purchasing digital content, you agree that delivery, access, download, or preparation may begin immediately.
Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or preparation has begun, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the digital content is faulty, inaccessible due to a verified issue, or not as described.
This includes instant download clips, private digital content, pre-recorded content, custom videos, custom pictures, and personalised digital requests.
8. Custom Pictures & Custom Videos
Custom pictures and custom videos are prepared to the customer’s individual request.
Once the order has been accepted, paid for, or preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by law.
One revision may be considered at Goddess Tootsie’s discretion only. Revisions are not guaranteed and will only be considered where the request is reasonable and within the original agreed brief.
A revision will not be offered where:
- the customer changes their mind after delivery
- the request was not included in the original brief
- the customer asks for content outside Goddess Tootsie’s boundaries
- the content has already been prepared as agreed
- the request is disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate
9. Webcam Sessions & Live Digital Sessions
Webcam sessions and live digital sessions are booked in advance and must be paid for in full before the session begins.
Once the call is connected, the session is treated as started and is non-refundable.
If the customer is late, unavailable, unprepared, provides incorrect contact details, or fails to attend, the booking may be treated as completed and no refund will be issued.
Goddess Tootsie reserves the right to end a call immediately if boundaries are disrespected, behaviour becomes inappropriate, or comfort is compromised. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
10. In-Person Session Bookings
All in-person session bookings are non-refundable.
To book an in-person session, full payment must be made in advance. No cash payments are accepted.
A phone consultation is required before the session is confirmed. This consultation is used to confirm the session time, date, expectations, boundaries, etiquette, and suitability.
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and the consultation has been completed.
11. In-Person Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
In-person session bookings are non-refundable once booked.
One complimentary reschedule may be offered if the customer gives more than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.
The rescheduled session must take place within one month of the original cancelled booking date.
Only one complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if the customer does not attend, the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund or complimentary reschedule will be offered.
12. Private Access & Tribute-Based Requests
Private access, tribute-based requests, and paid enquiry options are used to request attention, consultation, access, review, or private communication.
Payment does not guarantee acceptance of every request. Goddess Tootsie® reserves the right to refuse, decline, cancel, or redirect any request that falls outside her boundaries, safety requirements, comfort, or service terms.
Where a request is refused before any review, preparation, access, or communication has taken place, a refund or alternative arrangement may be considered depending on the circumstances.
13. Subscriptions or Recurring Purchase Options
If subscription, membership, recurring billing, or repeat-purchase options are introduced, the cancellation terms will be shown clearly before purchase and will apply alongside this policy.
Customers will be responsible for cancelling any eligible recurring purchase option before the next renewal date if they no longer wish to continue.
Where cancellation is available, instructions will be provided through the customer account area, subscription portal, or by contacting Goddess Tootsie® directly.
Unless a subscription or recurring purchase option is clearly shown at checkout, purchases are treated as one-time purchases.
14. Refusal, Cancellation & Boundaries
Goddess Tootsie® reserves the right to refuse, cancel, end, block, or decline any order, booking, enquiry, custom request, digital request, webcam session, or in-person session at her discretion.
This may happen if:
- boundaries are disrespected
- behaviour becomes inappropriate, abusive, unsafe, or illegal
- comfort, safety, or discretion is compromised
- the request falls outside the services offered
- the customer appears underage
- payment has not been completed
- the required consultation is refused or incomplete
- the customer provides false or inaccurate details
15. Faulty, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Items
This policy does not remove your statutory rights.
If a physical item, digital product, or supplied service is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.
Where required, an appropriate remedy may be offered, which may include repair, replacement, re-supply, refund, or another solution depending on the product or service type.
16. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact Goddess Tootsie® as soon as possible.
- Include your order number.
- Use the email address connected to your order.
- State what you want to cancel.
- Explain whether the order has been accessed, downloaded, prepared, shipped, or booked.
Cancellation requests are reviewed according to the product type, preparation status, delivery status, booking status, and applicable legal rights.
17. No Cash Payments
No cash payments are accepted.
All purchases, bookings, private requests, and approved services must be paid in advance through the authorised payment methods provided by Goddess Tootsie®.
18. Policy Updates
Goddess Tootsie® may update this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, Shopify features, payment methods, product types, subscription tools, digital delivery methods, or business practices.
