Worn Items (Socks, Hosiery, Shoes, etc.)

Due to the intimate and personalized nature of worn items, cash refunds are not offered once the item has been shipped. However, Goddess Tootsie guarantees your satisfaction — and if there is an issue with your order, a replacement item will be sent free of charge.  

Webcam Sessions

Refunds are not provided for completed cam sessions. Once a video call is connected and has run for 10 minutes or more, the service is considered fulfilled. Please ensure you are ready and available at your scheduled time.

Custom Pictures & Videos

All custom content is made with care and intention. As these are tailored just for you, no refunds will be given once the content is delivered.
You are entitled to one revision (within reason). To ensure satisfaction, please email detailed preferences before purchase to:

Physical Products (Non-Worn Items)

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be returned in unused, original condition.

In-Person Worship Sessions

All session bookings are non-refundable, but you are entitled to one complimentary reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
To book, full payment must be made in advance. A phone call consultation will be required to confirm the session's time, date, and expectations.
📞 Tribute of £10 is required to arrange the call.
